I had something happening to me in a similar way - playing monk for a 444 run when I had no idea I had to res the necro through the portal. Asking...
Anything on the offensive; curse or death necro, nuking builds, scythe dervish, spearchucker, assassin stuff... at a lesser extend interrupt...
My kinda luck: rare item, high req =_=. Got it a couple days back, had totally forgotten about it. 2 keys; the second key dropped me a Woven shield x]
