where can you get max armor in elona besides the consulate docks? also where can you get other armor that isnt 15k or istani/sunspear?

i know heroes can use weapon customized for yourself. do they gain the 20% extra damage from it also? and can they use weapons customized from any...

not to rant or anything but, be happy that you have a weapon that CAN attack up to 3 targets without the use of a skill.....in my opinion dervish...
