OK

So I finally manage to enter the store ... HOORAY!

Add 2 Char Slots, enter my Credit Card info and then I get the msg:

"You selected a US state, but did not select US for country (Code 1751030)"

WTF! I live in the UK and did't select US for state. So it looks like everyone apart from US is ok.

Is anyone else getting this ...

Choose US first, and then from the state tab select other, once you enter your correct one in other, you can reselect uk or whatever you had earlier and it will work

I had the same problem cause I'm Canadian. Here's what I did to get around it.

1) Select USA as country -> a new pulldown for State/Province will appear

2) Select "Other" as State

3) A text entry box appears -> type in the abbreviation for your Province

4) Then switch Country back to Canada (or whatever)

5) Proceed with checkout

... worked for me.

I suspect it has something to do with the postal/zip, since I can't even remembering selecting a state anywhere... (my plaync account is set up with "Other-[name of my non-US province here])

I was thinking, if a slot costs 9.99 each. Why cant we buy a new game and add it to my key list? I mean if i am going to buy 4 slots for 39.96; atleast let me have a chance to pay less by buying Guild wars Prophicies for 25 bucks at a store.

Select US as country, you'll get a dropdown for state. It defaults to California, which I suppose is why it won't work. Select "Other", and type in your province name, then, switch back to the correct country.

Well, the store doesn't take UK DD cards like the PlayNC site event though I've used my PlayNC accout login which I use for CoV and have a Maestro card on - which is a major annoyance

GW is now on my PlayNC account so why can't I buy a slot through that site? This is not good news for people if they can't use UK cards

Select US, in State put "Other" type in your real country

Then select your real country.

It's a wrong check being done.

Yes, the store is finally operational, and the new slots are arranged horizontally along the 6 existing. To scroll them, just move mouse to extreme left or right of the char selection screen

P.S. Was so excited that even registered to post, lol.
