Dye Stacking. I have a vile of red as well as yellow that won't stack with my stacked red / yellow dyes.
Monestary Credits (Factions) = I have "Monestary Credt" and "Monestary Credit - Quest Item" Also seen it with one of the other credits (imperial recommendation I think) with the same thing. Causing stacking issues.

Only explaination I could think of is that the double exp is for your heroes, but they level pretty fast everywhere so it's hard to say.

Unable to get bonus for Maddok Crevice.
We tried to do this a few times over the weekend and had several problems with it. The spawn for Alcolyte of Lyssa. I know there's a topic but its buried and this is a bug listing.
Whether this is intentional or not I feel it extremly unfair.
After completeing the Cemetery mission ot the primary "And a Hero Shall Lead Them", the boss does not spawn anymore, even if you take someone who hasn't done the mission.
Missing out on a form just because one didn't explore an area till after the mission is just lame.

Heros (casters especially) will repeatedly cancel skills during intitial aggro, tanking their energy (I think this has to do with the AI kiting). Sosuke has this problem BIG TIME. Similar problem with monks from time to time, when they try to kite and cast at the same time (let them just finish the cast).
Eles will not cast two attuenments during inital aggro. Also, Eles will not maintain Elemental Attuenments on themselves during extended aggro. They will let them run out and just keep casting high energy skills (forces me to micro manage). It would be nice if eles maintained their attunements (regaurdless of aggro - attunements should be "always on") just like the monks maintain Peace and Harmony (which works great). It would be nice if there was an "Always Maintain" option, just like there is a "Don't Use" option.
Also, Necros will not cast Blood Renewal until they are nearly dead, thus killing them further. Renewal should trigger at something like 10% health loss, not 50%.
Fix those three things and the AI would be drastically improved.

I started out as D/W. Bought Wild Blow. Switched to D/Mo using profession changer. At this stage, all is fine.
The problem started when I went and talked to the 'expert' monk trainer who taught my D/Mo Banish. So now my D/Mo has all the monk default skills plus Banish. Then I used K to switch back to D/W. Now all my warrior skills went missing including Wild Blow. Used K and switched back to D/Mo and he has all monk defaults plus Banish.
What I did now was use the profession changer to switch back to D/W and got back all my warrior defaults bar Wild Blow. So effectively the profession changer works to give you back your lost default skills, at least for me.
I'm a little puzzled why you get no Dervish skills when you use the profession changer.

not sure if its been mentioned, but the GW updates say that when you try to unload a template onto a character that unlocked the required skills, the skills will be shown but will be locked. What is actually happening is that the entire bar flashes and then disappears completely.

- Often "wait" at the spot the MM last stood (the MM being me), or simply stop moving, thus blocking NPCs or other party members;

- Enemies will be chased over extended periods of time (3 minutes +) and WILL NOT stop running. A guildie claims to have chased an elonian monk over a WHOLE area, and I have seen a team chasing the monk boss in Dunes of Despair for over 3 minutes (players have aggroed everything while chasing the bosses, thus we couldn't even kill more than two).

- Kodonur Crossroads: Impossible to get Masters even if the 3 overseers have been killed, and all the centaurs freed. Got Standard reward.
Random:
- Dyes of all color not stacking, even if they have the same "shade" as the others.

Another thing that bothers me with urns is that if the urns time runs out.. your character will drop it. But you will not gain any benefit from it if he drops it this manner.

It seems the new black dye they had just fixed doesn't work well with the obsidian armor for necro you still see an outline of the original color around the dyable areas so it really doesnt look black but more like a dark red

Edit: Found a bug with the Summoner Snowmen - basically I can't see them when I pop em anymore -_- So WASTED SNOWMEN!! NOOOOOOEEEEEES! (get the other bugs fixed first tho obviously >_>)

I know this was broken before, got fixed and now it's broken again . . . dyes of the same color won't stack in inventory or storage. I have 3 orange dyes hogging space.

Not sure if this was posted before. I have 4 Orange dyes, all from Nightfall. 2 of them stack and the other 2 won't stack at all. Some of them show a value of 25 gold and some show 1 gold. This is very annoying since we don't have much room for storage as it is. I would assume this is a bug since the dyes came from elona?

recently, i got collectors weapons for all my heros and decided to throw away their old weps..
i tried selling it to merch....didnt work
i tried dropping it outside....didnt drop
i tried trading them off as "free items"....couldnt trade
now im stuck with these gay things WTF

The NPC you have to follow will frequently disappear. I've done the mission twice, managed my aggro perfectly, kept him completely out of the fray and he vanishes at the same spot every time. It's right after he compliments you on how good a fighter you are then says." Let me know when the path is clear." you go forward, fight some skales and then I turn around and poof he is gone. Without him you apparently cannot continue because I looked all over the map for the meeting place and couldn't find it.
I searched this because I thought I saw it mentioned before but the search returns no results.

1. The rapid cast/cancel cycle of heroes/henchmen: I have noticed that in the Istani area (the starter area), the earth henchman Herta, during the initial aggro of a fight, will have this problem when casting stone daggers. She will do this 5 or 6 times before she actually starts fighting. In spite of this bug, however, I still take her because I do like the ward vs melee skill she uses.
2. Pre-Nightfall and Post-Nightfall stacking: The dyes that I was stockpiling before Nightfall release are still not stacking with the dyes I'm receiving after Nightfall release. This is becoming a strain on my inventory space considering all the other things I'm collecting as well (collector items for trade, equipment for future heroes, etc).
Hope these two issues become fixed soon.

Hi , I am having problems with this mission, first time that I did it with my paragon I did without any problems, but now, that I am playing with my derv, I cannot finish the mission, because the ghost is stuk infront of the pedestal and he cannot put the table.
I think this is since last update today, please ANET, if you can fix this.

If they do fix your character, I'd love to know about it so I can press them to do something about mine.
This is clearly Anet's fault and I'm a little surprised they don't seem all that concerned about fixing it at the earliest opportunity.

i played nightfall on a buddy key, and managed to beat it, my preview key expired. i have yet to buy nightfall [broke atm, getting it at the end of the month]
I went the the forgotten teleporter guy in the arid sea of tyria, and he allowed me to teleport back into elona, without a nightfall access key.....

dunno if this is a nightfall bug.... but I norticed it on my way to Elona with my newly made ritualist... I have a Ritualist/Assassin and when he has daggers equipped and just stands still, only one dagger shows on the character model. If you run, the second dagger magically appears in his hand, then vanishes when he stops.
The fact this bug hasn't been fixed somewhat irks me.

There is a bug where when you hit an angle in the map, I.E hugging the wall and you run behind a box but cant go any further. you get elastic banded back as if you had lag.
At first i thought it was lag, until i realised that it happens on EVERY ANGLE in every city or explorable area in nightfall.
Now this aint so bad when you are out exploring with nothing to around you, but when fighting there have been a few times when i have tried to run and been elastic banded right back into the middle of the enemy group, because i hit an angle on the map.
It's a really annoying glitch.
Has anyone else been having the same problems?

Found a few Res Shrine NPC's with empty dialog boxes. FWIW, at this point in the game I'm Level 8 Sunspear so they won't give me blessings, but as you can see from the screenshots they aren't giving me the 'I'll be on my way' type messages either. It's just... blank. These are up in the Vabbi area.
