i agree, all the long hours we put into our characters should not be wasted on discovering everything for ourselves. anet will most likely take this into consideration and i hope they do because i need this skill also.

I dont know if anyone of you have this problem but when i upgraded my storage, to use the material tab. It didnt know the material tab so now it says i have all the storage upgrades and only the normal storage tab.

Something similar happened to me quite often, id run from some mobs, still be taking dmg even tho i was miles away from them (suposedly), and when i used a skill id get teleported back.


Also i would like to report 2 minor bugs which are the following:

When doing the CE dance with Heroes, they start their dance but restart 2 seconds later. For example, Koss the warrior continues on an eternal Humping thingy from the dance, its like the dance gets continually restarted.
On normal dance this isnt a problem.

And another thing(which i think is a bug, and if it isnt please implement it)
which is the fact that Heroes dont mimic the /Sit emote.
Kinda weird being the only one sitting in the circle and having the heroes standing up in a circle all the time.

Would be fun to have em all sitting with me when i want a screenshot or something were theyr all just chillin from all the fighting.

Changing secondary classes to derv and paragon in senji's corner does not give you basic skills for derv/para, even after you rebuild command center and change 2ndary in elona. You basically lose out on the basic skills if you changed in senjis. They should either remove the ability to gain 2ndary class as derv/para in senji's corner or give the free basic skills everytime you change secondary.

Ooo another bug involving secondary profession skills and this one affects everyone. I suppose the same bug would apply anywhere else but command centre, like Temple of Balthazar.

Small Bug...I've noticed....not crucial..but still a bug..

1.) PVE character in (any) town with HEROS added to party.
2.) Jump to Temple of Balthazar.
3.) Jump to Random Arenas.
4.) Click Enter Battle.

Result is: "Party too large to enter battle."

Some how the Hero system is still registering. Currently, I just map-jump back into RA and it works fine..but still not sure it should do that...

The Quest shipment of ink is not working, when you find the Ink you cannot pick it up or double click it in order to finish it.

You get this Quest from the Rune trader in Kamadan.

Hm I can't get heroes to maintain enchants and they're level 15 and under

I consider it a bug because I should have the option to maintain enchants when I choose, regardless of their level

Thanks for the tip, I'll make sure to implement them when I get back in game. The problem has been fuddling me forever how to get them to use those skills properly. Now that I know how this should be fun to see if i can two man hero tank stuff.

The above method works like a charm.

While I'd rather not have to babysit my heroes quite this much to make them use a simple enchantment, it's certainly better than it not working at all! ^_^

I did read about this, and found out it appeared after the SS/55 Nerf update.

It's just happened as I was soloing the UW.

Basically, if you run past an enemy, even when well out of his aggro range, he still attacks you non-stop until you die, no matter how far away you are.

First time its happened to me, but I cant find the post it was mentioned on.

Do A-net know about this? And if not, how do we go about alerting them?

I have noticed that some monsters have a bigger aggro bubble now.

Me and a group was trying to sneak past some Kournans but we werent close but they noticed us still and attacked us.
They were about 1.5 to 2 Aggro bubble away from us

Edit: As Kais below me said but I forgot to mention, the Kournans had a "Spotter", but if this applies to other monsters as well is to be seen I guess

There's a Kournan ranger called a spotter, maybe he has better vision then the rest of the monsters? That wouldn't be a bad upgrade to monster AI.

This part I think you are right on, I do believe that spotters are thusly called that because they have a larger agro radius. However there are some things that just agro from nowhere and run after you no matter how far you go and its annoying as hell -_-

Don't know if this has been mentioned yet but dyed items no longer have a dyed icon in you bag. Hope they fix/change this back.

Sounds like a bug. Traders are supposed to refuse when they have too much of an item, but with minor vigor that's very much not the case the past days, as they're almost constantly sold out.

I remember being attacked by the invisible a few times; I really went "WTF this is so not normal O_o;;;;" because there was NO enemies around or on my radar... due to the surprise I don't remember where I was or if I was in team, but it was in Elona.

And two days ago, in FoW, a skeletal bond chased us on a quite big distance. The moment we'd get to him to kill him (well some attempted...) we kept aggroing its whole group despite it was pretty far from him.

I don't mind the new AI at some point, but when we're being chased or chase enemies across for several minutes... it's gotta be fixed O_o;.

All I know is that when you cut and run (i.e. ain't no way you're taking that boss down right this minute, call retreat), the foe follow you FOREVER. They do NOT stop now unless you hit a transition - which there isn't always one handy, you know.

I've noticed this as well. Had some roach charge me from off map last night - thought it was scripted till I later returned to that same map and it didn't happen again. Odd bug perhaps?

The Spotters do seem to have a wicked aggro range as well. Well out of aggro range and suddenly I'm being rained on by rocks from siege weapons and the Spotter is racing down the hill to start shooting at me, while his buddies stand around staring into nothingness.

I do like the fact that the creature AI seems to hold aggro better now though. They do chase you till you are dead. I do however wish it were tweaked... creature AI should be made to not understand what a monk or ele is. It's a creature after all and should have no understanding of "human classes". It should simply aggro the first it sees and stick on it, or be made to swarm all over everyone quickly... Just my take on it.

(It doesn't help with the aggro-onto-monk problem when you're out with henches and the healer hench - a vast improvement over Alesia and Tai, btw - attacks as soon as she's able regardless if the warrior is to the foe or not.)

I haven't been out with my monk yet, does this get-the-healer stand true for 'real' monks as well regardless of who attacks first?

No, it's nothing to do with their aggro bubble.

I was solo'ing the UW with my VWK rit. I'd cleared the grasps, and ran past the ataxes using Illusion of Haste. As usual, they ran towards me, tried an attack. They hit me once...

I carried on running, and as they always do they break off and leave you alone. They let you run off, and are standing a good 5 seconds running away from your aggro circle...yet, they still attack and do damage. Once this starts, you could run to the otherside of the map, and still take damage of them even if they dont move.

Its only ever happened in the UW to me so far...and only happens if they hit you. If you run past and they dont get a hit, they break as normal and leave you alone.

Anet need to sort this. Like I said, I've read about it before on Guru, but couldnt find the post. And after happening to me I now know how bad of a bug this is...it can ruin a whole run, as there is no escape.

It's ridiculous, I was with some people and there was a small group of 3 nowhere near anything else on the map, I said I'd pull and asked everyone to watch as suddenly a massive hoarde of red dots appeared on the map charging towards us which suggests to me that their aggro bubble is now pretty much the whole of the minimap.

Lastly any idea when Minion AI will be sorted?

For my monk, it seemed random. It was me or the hero monk I had with me that was targeted and depending on the type of foe, I was chased till I was dropped or till it was dropped. Annoyingly, if I was rezzed after being spiked by three groups of foes (ie, upto 10 or more different mobs of varying races) all the mobs would return to me as their target and spike again. The same would hold true if the hero monk was spiked in the same manner. - Challenging, yes; realisticaly fun and entertaining, no.

The problem is LAG... there are alot of "lag" spots on the maps.. Like literally places on the physical map that for some reason cause you to lag. I can go over the same spot several different times and it causes me to lag. One is when running to the right side of the troll caves in Talus Chute, Another in Flame Temple Corridor... I haven't noticed any in Elona quite yet, but the lag spots seem to be consistent and always cause that same reslt.. I'll be a quarter mile ahead of baddie and all of a sudden i see damage fly all ove rmy screen and BAM i'm dead... it's really messed up and weird.

silly question but you did ID it first right? I only ask because minor vigors, minor attune (I think it is) and minor vitae all look the same which is quite annoying.
I've gotten confused when one wouldn't sell only to find out I was an idiot and didn't ID - so just checking - otherwise I would say a deffinate bug.

Quest Capturing the Signet of Capture

Elder Jonah (Marga Coast) does not give a signet of capture even though he says so in the quest description:

"... with a Signet of Capture, you can do just that. Here, take this one, and use it to "capture" skills for your own use..."

However, after taking this quest a Signet of Capture did not appear in the list of skills, and my character did not get any prompt to equip this signet to her active skill bar.

Like someone mentioned above, I was trying to complete the "To Dye For" quest yesterday and even though i had the item and enough space in my inventory for the reward, when I clicked accept, nothing happened. I asked people in local chat and there were at least 10 other people who had the same problem.

Perhaps we should be able to use them as we see fit & not the way you would have us use them. This problem did no exist during the preview as i was able to anchor my monk, cast enchants on my derv & go in solo to kill mobs.....less henchies more xp, loot & gold & a greater challenge.

Quest Bugs:

Pilgrimage Quest: When you stop, the 4 ghosts will surround you and your team in a square formation. If you happen to stop on one of the suspension bridges, Heroes and henchies get caught. Flagging them will cause them to start flailing about until they find an escape path to get to your flag. however, as soon as you remove the flag they return to the middle of the ghosts... Took me quite some time to complete this quest as the ghosts are very buggy.

Tasty Morsel Quest: Chanen (name..I can't reecall now, although it's very similar if not this) whom you are suppose to follow often gets hung up on the rock formation and will not move making you unable to complete this quest.

Here's the skill that I think it's not working properly or maybe I misunderstood the meaning

Enchantment Spell. For 5...17 seconds, damage you receive is reduced by 1...25 and you are immune to critical attacks.

But when I used it, certain skills like triple chop can go through it. Is it supposed to happen this way?

Quest: "To dye For" i have completed the quest talked to Barlom and when i hit accept nothing happens and the dye trader still has the green mark over their head. I even got rid of the quest then retaken it, as soon as i completed it again and hit accept nothing happens even though the quest log says completed and talk to Barlon the dye trader to collect the reward. I have checked and i have more then enough room in my inventory but i still can't take my reward

I took my assassin to Elona, and found the quest right outside Kamadan where you can get either the ele hero or the ranger hero. I fought them, and chose the ele one. Later, I decided to get the ranger instead, so I got rid of the quest for the ele quest. (By get rid of, I mean I abandoned it. I didn't complete it.) The problem is, now I can't get either the ele quest or the ranger quest. Please fix it so I can get one of them before I beat the game, even if I change my mind partially through.

Also, none of the scrolls of insight (the scrolls that give +50%, +75%, and double X.P.) stack anymore. At least I can't get it to stack, just like I wasn't able to stack dyes a few days ago.
