I already posted how you can do it easier.
Drink 1 spiked egg nog (say your in gunnar's hold korea district)
Zone to Europe district of same town(now you get 3 minutes usually)
Go back to Korea and start over.
However this method doesn't follow any schedule so some days it might work in gunnar's hold, others in some other town. It doesn't repeat like every week it works there.
Also whichever district you start in can change. I used to do it in gunnar's hold american district to europe. Someone else found out europe to asia or whatever.
So experiment with it and once it works use up as many drinks until your bored.

Thats thing you don't know when and where it'll work. How long does it take to find the right place. at least with my method its consistent no matter the time of day for now that is.

Well actually it takes less than a minute to find out if it works. If it doesn't I try 2-3 more towns and just call it a day if I don't find one. When it does work it works for hours. So I can get 3 drunkard minutes within about 10 seconds. Which would be a lot faster then zoning, 1 min zoning again etc.
I don't mind trying random days about 2-3 times because when I find it I can go through 600+ minutes in an hour so depending on how quick I am.

im useing the Quarrel Falls -> Meditation window but im only getting 3 points per 2 min, maybe this needs to be re-tested cause a full 60 sec window dont seem to be working, also dose the speed at which you exit guildhall matter?

Supposedly guild hall windows repeat at certain days and times. My method which involves changing from asia to europe or american to europe has no repeat days or times.
Basically you find a town (gunnar's hold for example) go to asia district drink to lvl 5 then zone to europe and you should get 3 minutes if it's working that day in the 1 zone. Go back to asia and repeat. However it does take a few zones to figure out what town/ district changes work but once you find it it's easy to repeat.

I've only just started on the drunkard title but have already found this guide useful. So far I've been drinking a firewater in Gunnar's Hold Europe and mapping to Olafstead Europe and getting three drunk minutes added as soon as I arrive in Olafstead. I don't have details of the times of the windows yet because I've not been drinking long enough: preliminary info is that it was working around 5pm GMT today (Saturday) and is working now at around 10.45pm GMT. (No idea if it was working between those times because I wasn't drinking then.)

Nothing seem to work for me anymore. I go to Kamadan, drink Spiked Eggnog, zone to Wizard's Isle and then zone back to kamadan. There is nothing. I keep zoning like that for 5 - 8 times, nothing. What's this? I tried this some time ago and it worked like a charm.

Sorry if this is a really noob question, but my character is currently a non-drinker.. (and would remain so if I didn't think I was gona need an extra max.. Grrr.. No Tea totaler for me after almost three years of resisting! lol)

this guide may need a slight over haul now, i tried the quarl falls/ isle of meditaion combo, and i have to zone between 4 to 6 times before i get one min of time. I have tried it in many other tows and the same has ocured.
on top of that all alchole seems to have the same effect, spiked or not I drink 1 zone 4 to 6 times get one min.

i uderstand about the windows and stuff, but firstly do u need to actually have the 30 mins worth of alcohol if you are using this?
secondly, would it be possible to list the windows and their times, as i'm not quite sure how to find them.

Is this working for anyone? I have spent roughly 2 hours porting city to city and to my gh and back (and gh and back and ...) to try to find a window. Occasionally I will get 1 minute additional credit but have not gotten a single 2 minute boost much less a hat trick. Also spent about an hour going from Euro > Kor with the same results.
Am I just incredibly unlucky and have not found one in the 80% of cities I've visited across all 3.5 chapters?

I also got some new 3min jump locations. With all you have to enter the explorable area, go back in and you got 3 mins immediately. You get the minutes when entering the explorable area, but it doesnt work the other way around.
Heroe's Audience --> Prophet's Path
Port Sledge --> Witman's Folly
Droknar's Forge --> Talus Chute (already mentioned)
Sardelac Sanitarium --> Old Ascalon
Beetletun --> Nebo Terrace
Ventari's Refuge --> Ettin's Back
They do not work constantly you just have to try them out, normally one always works with me.

I just want to say that for the record, it isn't acquiring alcohol that makes you a 'Drunkard', you have to actually drink the alcohol. So the OP's assertion that the title should be award upon acquiring the booze doesn't make sense. With all the festivals these days I've got mules full of booze.
The title is in fact based on the amount of time you have actually spent drunk. Therefore using this method *is* cheating in that sense. But I don't have a problem with people doing it and it doesn't really matter. Whatever floats your boat.
I do appreciate the work that went into figuring out all the windows, and I may actually utilize it when/if I go for the second level.

This is a really nice combo, one of these is almost ALWAYS working for me, and on the rare occasion that it doesn't, usually I get the points from mapping between 1 area to the next test area, like heroe's audience to part sledge as mentioned above. Im always drinking in Euro dis. Also, most last for hours on end before you must move to the next area, just make sure to keep checking your points so you don't overdrink

I saw Syrax's post here an hour or two after it was posted, and that route ended up working for ~24 hours after the post was made. Immediately after it stopped working, I tried these ones:

...and none of them were working except for "Sardelac Sanitarium --> Old Ascalon". And that one only worked for about half an hour at that time, then none of them did. Then I tried that whole set again a bunch of other times since then, and none of them worked.
Which I say to try to illustrate how posts made immediately while routes are working for that poster are infinitely more useful than posting them after they are not currently working. If everyone posted the routes as they are drinking while the routes are currently working, everyone who reads this thread wins a lot more.

I am a bit confused. So you have to find your "Window", drink to lvl 5 before, wait for your ptm window, then zone to GH and immediately back? check minutes, then repeat? And as the for Window, does that mean you only got 45 seconds to zone while at lvl 5? and that there is 15 second gap where u shouldn't zone at all? of course ptm on your own testings... Seems very confusing.

ya know i had noticed this before going from isle of meditation and isle of worms going to ToA in american districts but could never replicate it. after finally reading through this thread i understand why now, the whole window of opportunity bit.
i'll be testing that one further, but in the mean time the one that im using right now is boreal station international dist to boreal station euro english dist. works like a charm, did over 300 points for the title at about 10am american eastern time and again the same day (right now as a matter of fact) at 530pm american eastern time. i have yet to see a gap so for me atleast this window is unending!
EDIT: just an afterthought note, i drink the ale in international dist then zone to euro, it does NOT work the other way around i.e. drink in euro and zone to international.
one question im sure somebody knows, at r5 KOBD i have a very long hero title list and drunkard is waaay at the bottom and each time i zone or change districts, the panel scrolls up to the top automatically. any way to make it so that it stays at where i scrolled to last? gets annoying having to scroll down each time to make sure im not wasting my booze.

After about almost 3 hours I left cause I got bored but when I left the window was still open.
When I was fully concentrating I could get 100 minutes in between 16-20 minutes of actual "play".
I'll try again later and will post windows when I find them.

One thing though, America and Europe servers both have "English" districts so ya gotta specify which one it is so people have a way to know. I tried America English first based on this post, and that didn't work.
But Europe English did, and still does as of the time of this post. Which is awesome.

To make it as fast as possible, I re-arrange my UI specifically for doing this - I move the district selection so it's close to the inventory slot where my alcohol is, and also close to where the "you sure you want to switch districts" prompt will popup. Move the district selection back when you want to return to normal play.
I also only check that the window is still open, every 5 repetitions. I keep a mental count of what I expect my points to be, and after 5 rezoning cycles, I check that my actual points match my mental count.
