Yesterday I saw someone selling 3 for 9k each, so 20k is a bit on the high side lately
*edit* was running through my screens to see if I had something funny, like 6 months ago while lvling my necro I ran into this quest. The guy has to pay a fee of 150g and you have to help him deal with this problem because he doesnt have the money. Make sure you check the quest reward(!).
