Mesmer and SR changes June 7th update.

Hmm the description of Soul reaping has changed I think..
For Each point in SR, you gain 1 energy whenever a creature near you dies. You may only gain energy in this way 3 times every 15 seconds, You only gain energy from Spirits you control..
Be interesting to see how it plays out. For example if 3 things die within 5 seconds, you'll have 10 seconds to go before getting any more.
Seem to help SS Necs in PvE maybe
And hot news Some mesmer interupts now affect Shouts and chants. Power block is now super evil. Power leak, return and spike all seem to do the same thing.
FC now also affects signets.
Still Going thru the list tho..

* Fixed a bug that prevented players from entering a Challenge Mission in Hard Mode.
* Removed inaccurate changes to several skill and attribute descriptions.
Miscellaneous
* To prevent exploitation of the Nightfall starter quests "Take the Shortcut", "Rally the Recruits", and "Never Fight Alone", the gold rewards for those quests were reduced to 25, and the reward for the starter quest "Honing your Skills" was increased to 250 gold to compensate.

3 times every 15 seconds? thats even worse! if it triggers 3 times while you're at full energy just before you unleash all your spells, you're out of luck for a while!

Something else new. You cant go into HM in challenge missions, which makes Vanquishing Arborstone interesting(I.e you cant unless you use the corpse explot). Has to be a bug

I have seen some interupts now affect chants as well, but nowhere have I seen interupts for shouts (but I have not checked all skills). Shouts are pretty much instantaneous anyway.

Shouts are instantaneous, you can even do a shout when knocked down.

Okay, rant over. It's "okay", but take out the "every 15 seconds" thing. No one asked for the 5 second thing, and will never really agree to that. Also, seeing as how Necros do not have any Spirits to summon from their line, it's a little bit too obviously pointed to PvP. I realize there are N/Rt's running around, but if you want to hit PvP, check out Ensign's Wishlist.

Before anyone flips out, Soul Reaping is still on a 5 second timer. I just went to test this in Tasca's Demise with an FoC spike build. Its still on its crap nerf functionality.

It's not bye paragons, as realistically you cannot interrupt shouts with 0 cast time. Chants were just icing.

Meh @ the mesmer changes. 90% of monster chants in PvE aren't worth interrupting in the first place. But for PvP, bringing the Power series against P-heavy teams just got somewhat interesting.

Energy 3 times every 15 seconds is NOT acceptable.
Energy from creatures dying, with no time restriction, but none from spirits and half from your own minions IS acceptable.
Make SR work the way it should work, not the way that PvP'ers want it to work. Are they purposely trying to kill Necromancers?
Nice little nerf for the challenge missions too, there goes the LB/SS farm run out of Sahlahja. That was something I really enjoyed doing. Thank you Anet!

About the SR change. At the moment I get 12e every 5 seconds that's 36e within 15 seconds.
After this change I still get a total of 36e within the 15 seconds but then what? I have to wait a further 15 seconds for more e gain...
wtf leave it as it is please! I'd rather keep the current gimp to SR than this alternative.

These updates are not even in the game, so they aren't the changes YET. I'm sure these will be included in the upcoming update, but I doubt these were meant to be released like this.
