You aren't ENTITLED to anything. It's a GAMBLE just like anything else that is given on a percentage you lost sorry you don't deserve ANYTHING. Works just like a Roulette table. By the way did you know if you add up all the numbers on a roulette talbe what they add up to? Interesting....do it for yourself and find out. They have called it the DEVIL's game though.

Gaile even posted yesterday it would probably end during the night, and we got a couple more hours to trade in shards/bug the warden for a bear. :P

Kind of defies the notion of a "finale" doesn't it? Last year it was extended because of the problems in Asia, and while I completely respect that it went on way too long as a result.

I don't want the event to continue. I just want the wintersday gift giver back.

Oh I know its a gamble. Thats why im saying the complaints about Wintersdays abrupt ending has merit.

Nope no giftgiver back either....you had plenty of time to turn in items just because you didn't get a bear doesn't mean you are entitled to more time or an npc gift giver. Youre talking as if more than a few , and i mean a FEW people got a bear the entire wintersday,

only one confirmed that I know about, and at such insane odds people were given practically no time to get it, considering that it was first discovered DURING THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT.

I've seen 2 ingame, and another on this forum. The second one i saw ingame (not witchblade), i whisped the owner and he's not a user on this forum. I'm willing to bet there's a good few out there, but not everyone who's got one is registered here.

So because you farmed something for 20 hours entitles you to have it? You know how many people have spent far more than 20 hours farming items in the game and not gotten them?

You're not entitled to anything. If you get it, then you get it. If not, oh well. Not everything is given to everyone. Get over it.

Perhaps you have trouble reading; don't quote me and then try to put words in my mouth. I was expressing my annoyance that there was no warning of when the collector would disappear for the shards, so I'm stuck with all of them until next year. I can only assume you were referring to the polar bear, which I have no issues with.

There are plenty of bears out there just because the few who post on this forum didn't get one doesn't mean that plenty of others didn't get one. Don't be jealous there's always next year.

Not to mention that there may be more mini polar bear drops which would devaluate the one you got. Maybe that is why you didn't sign it.

I have difficulty believing this. I'll say it again. TWENTY HOURS. Thats how much I farmed it.

Next year people will have moved on to GW2 , I will have most likely quit If you must know. Lets just leave next year out of this shall we.

No need to be so bitter, Witch just did the same as the rest of us, farming for wintersday goodies and got a very nice drop.

Step 1: Have a valid point that justifies an argument thats not out of self greed...
Step 2: Don't assume the other side's argument, listen to the facts and present a logical rebuttal to that argument...
Step 3: Be prepared to deal with someone having an opposing view of your own and be able to counter it intelligently...
Step 4: When all else fails, make thread and bitch...
