Although I'm glad that there is now a PvE equivalent of the /rank emote, I'm afraid that this one is a bit too easy to get. I can just imagine thousands of spears coming from the sky in every town you go to. Not a pretty sight.
On the bright side, this kinda de-emphasizes the current /rank emotes (since everyone's gonna be spamming something now), which is good since those emotes should have gone the way of the dodo when titles were introduced.

In money, you still need 100 million to get the title.
In balth points, you need 100 million balth points to get the title.
Each method costs time, but money costs the most through time and the time required makes it grind.
And yeah, money, is the best way to gain the title, unless you're actively in AT's.
If you can come up with a decent alternative APART FROM them, please do show it.
And, if you're going to go for the title, you're obviously grinding for the title.
I myself prefer to have a nicely stacked account with all titles at least rank 1, maxed if possible without alot of grind. I want all of the things that this game can offer me on my account.
The reward of PvP is in itself, the challenge, but when something like this comes along, you want to play ravenously to gain it because it's something that can be gained.

Although I appreciate Anet for still adding new things to the game, I'm not really thrilled with joy about this one. It's another boring expensive title which doesn't add much to the fun factor of the game imo. Except for maybe to get an emote as a pve player. It's poor implemented though.
As Anet made the decision emotes are available via pve, I would try a different approach. Give gladiator and kobd track emotes and drop the zaishen idea.
About titles, more creativity and fun please. Or just no new titles at all.

Looks like the new everlasting tonics aren't anywhere as rare as the older ones. I already see four of them in High End just hours after this was introduced.

This sure is a weird way of doing it... if anet wanted a generic PvP title, they should've based it directly on Balth faction. Either a title for faction cap, which would basically be hero, champion and glad title in one - a counterpart to KoaBD in PvE. (While they're at it, would be nice to make lux/kurz titles give a tiny bonus to faction cap, after all they are half-PvP.) The second option would be a title for total faction earned on account.

As for emotes themselves, I don't really like them. The weapons look too... solid. Too realistic. I agree that the title would probably be better based on total balth faction earned or faction cap, as someone said previously. Total faction cap would make the zaishen title very PvP oriented; whereas a rich farmer can buy themselves max rank in zaishen as it is.
