A lot of districts didn't get hats.

Who has/had CCs in their inventory during the finale?

Who here doesn't have any CCs during the finale?

To those who DID get their hats, did you have the CCs? Or did you not?

I'm curious if this relys on the CCs, or if we're just in bad-luck right now. Things could change, they could've changed that if you have no Ccs you would get no hat. I know they didn't require you before, but like said, change could've happened.

Got a hat from Dwayna, in Lion's Arch, at the first event (3am PST), but no Grenth hat in the following event (6am PST).

And to the comment above me, I have not farmed a single Wintersday event, and have no Candy Cane Shards, but still got the Dwayna hat in Lion's Arch during the 3am PST event.

LA int 1 - grenth side - no hats on 4 accounts.

Got the dwayna hat no problem during the first round but nothing this time.

Same here. Got the Dwayna (s)hat in LA, zoned to Kama for Grenth, the event didn't even happen. EPIC FAIL

So, went back to LA, idled until the next event, whereupon, in Amer Eng 35, the event went, and no damn Grenth (s)hat.

Typical. Wait all this time, for nothing. Well, almost nothing. At least I got one of the absolutely terrible looking headpieces..I'd go so far as to say I'd rather wear the lupine mask or the damn zombie face paint. Either of those utterly terrible excuses for party hats is better than these unbelieveably pathetic attempts, that really do look as Martin said, done by some spotty noob in paintshop..Hell, the Dwayna Crest doesn't even sit remotely close to my toon's head. Not that I'd really want it to, it's obviously a female item..

Call it a "Crest" all you want. It's a bloody tiara..

Same in LA district 14 never got a hat. I think anet should fix it and extend the dwayna /grenth day if it can't get sorted yet ..

We were in the distict in plenty of time before the event.

District 59, Lions Arch.
No hats for Grenth.

Had two accounts, both in euro english districts. One had shards, one didn't. Neither got a hat.

It's always something.

I didn't get a hat twice in a row now. I managed to get every festival hat ever, I'm going to be pissed if I miss this years because of a bug.

I wonder if this is a consistent bug across districts. Could people post district numbers where hats were given out, so we poor hatless sods can try our luck there, later?

Ok, I FINALLY got it in Kamadan Inter 5 this time but 6 other people from my alliance and guild who were in several other dist got nothing :S

Three times now, my main account has failed to get the Dwayna hat (Kamadan, LA, Kamadan). My other account has gotten both hats. My main account did get a Grenth hat from the original LA show.

If my main account misses out on a Dwayna hat (as much as I don't really care for it) because of yet MORE incompetence on ANet's part, then I'm going to be PO'ed. I just want the damn thing so I can turn it into the Festival Hat NPC. I guess it was only a matter of time before the hat-giving got screwed up during an event. ANet has found a way to botch nearly everything else at one time or another. Sheesh.

Went to LA and no hat received. Went to Kamadon and no hat received. 3 times already...

I wouldn't worry about it. Considering how widespread it is, they'll likely leave an NPC for a week or two after to give out the hats like they have in the past.
