No hat in LA Dist 3 America from Grenth at 3am and 6am PST. Was wearing my Dwayna hat and afk. I'm going to trash my dwayna hat and log on with a different character and move up to a higher district.

Well I waited before 10minutes they would show and neither Grenth or Dwanya came... Anyone else experiencing this?
Also looking at these hats from wiki looks like they are reskins of ele ones and they took 2minutes to make. I gues they were too busy working on costumes.

Still broken. My main account and 2nd account were standing right next to each other on the center Grenth ring in Lion's Arch America 29. My 2nd account got the hat but my main account did not.

I'm guessing this has something to do with the costume slots but its amazing that anet can screw something up that has been working for 4+ years now.

Same problem. I was in Kamadan EU D1 English at 17:00 GMT and got no hat. Like others have said I was getting shards and presents but no hat when the finale finished.
