Everybody seems to have this "there is no victimless crime" mentality, but in this case, there is. Please point to the victim.
It's like two people getting into an automotive race and the guy who is driving an eighty five civic getting pissed off because homeboy showed up to face him driving a lambo.

Do you dispute that the drunkbot program is a bot? That's why it was banned, because it was a bot. People could create a bot that lets them open and close their storage all day long and it would also be against the rules because it is a bot.
It doesn't matter how much it actually "harms" anyone in the game, bots are against the EULA, use them and you have no defense if you get banned.

Regarding the G15 keyboards...soon after they did the contest, they said that as long as they weren't used to automate game play, they were fine.
Assigning /resign to a key, or ; spacebar, that was fine, programming it to do the raptor run, not so much.
I think someone earlier was talking about hitting one key to activate hero skill 6...that's fine (heck, the game itself lets you do that) but hitting one key to activate skill 6 on all heroes, you're probably getting pretty close to asking for trouble in my opinion.
