* Black Mantis Thrust: increased activation time to 1 second; increased recharge to 6 seconds.
* Leaping Mantis Sting: decreased activation time to 1/2 second.

Elementalist

* Mirror of Ice: increased recharge to 45 seconds.

Mesmer

* Empathy (PvP): decreased damage to 15...45.
* Visions of Regret: split for PvP; retains original functionality.
* Visions of Regret (PvP): decreased unconditional damage to 10...30; decreased conditional damage to 5...40; increased recharge to 30 seconds.

Monk

* Heal Party: split for PvP; retains original functionality.
* Heal Party (PvP): increased recharge to 20 seconds; decreased casting time to 1 second.
* Healing Burst: changed functionality to: "Target ally is healed for 5...130. All party members in earshot of your target gain Health equal to the Divine Favor bonus from this spell. Your Smiting Prayers are disabled for 20 seconds."

Necromancer

* Barbed Signet: split for PvP; changed to apply Bleeding with Necromancer skills.
* Barbed Signet (PvP): removed casting time; removed Health sacrifice; reduced recharge to 4 seconds; changed functionality to: "You suffer from Bleeding for 6 seconds. The next Necromancer skill that targets a foe causes Bleeding for 2...16 seconds."
* Faintheartedness: decreased duration to 3...16.
* Spoil Victor: split for PvP; retains original functionality.
* Spoil Victor (PvP): decreased Health loss to 15...75.

Ritualist

* Gaze of Fury (PvP): this skill now targets only allied spirits.
* Recuperation (PvP): removed the 75% Health cap.
* Signet of Binding: changed attribute to Spawning Power; increased casting time to 2 seconds; added the following functionality: "50% failure chance with Spawning Power 4 or less."

Warrior

* "Coward!": added recharge of 2 seconds.
* Enraging Charge: changed functionality to: "For 5...15 seconds, you move 25% faster. Enraging Charge ends when you successfully strike a target, at which point you gain 0...3 strikes of adrenaline if you hit with a melee attack."
* Overbearing Smash: removed unblockable property.

NPC Updates

* Divinus Tutela [Healing Henchman] no longer uses Heal Party or Healer's Boon, he now uses Heal Party (PvP) and Healing Burst.
* Tannaros [Punishing Henchman] no longer uses Visions of Regret, he now uses Visions of Regret (PvP).

Bug Fixes

* Fixed a text bug that caused Tannaros [Punishing Henchman] to list Empathy when he was using Empathy (PvP).
* Fixed a bug that caused white lines in the Raiment of the Lich costume.

No BBway neft, no Soul Twisting nerf... Two major broken builds still exist in HA, good job! I know this update is all about GvG, but while nerfing Heal Party, you just basically opened the gate for massive degenways.

It's not even a PvP update, it's a very small GvG update. Nothing else.
As a PvP neonate, i'd be happy with a bigger and more complex PvP update. As a person who likes changes and updates, i'd be happy with a big GvG skill revolution. As a guy who still plays PvE from time to time, i'd appreciate several tweaks to PvE gimmicks as well.
16 skills after 4 months since the last update (and 6 months since a valuable one), with most of them being tweaked just a tiny little bit, is just meh.

They get it wrong everytime they do big GvG skill revolutions though.

I don't disagree with you but it's better than them screwing it up again.

PvE gimmicks i'd imagine will come along with the dervish update that's in the line.

Thea party heal from Healing Burst is still too stingy. GvG monks don't/can't spec that many points in to Divine Favor to notice a substantial benefit from it.

If healing burst wasn't healing party on self use before, it does now.

@ 13 DF this skill is almost on par with PvE LoD, plus you push one target's redbar. Has some good potential.

Nothing really all that special.. VoR sucked before (Original form was great, the rest, meh)...

Nothing effected me, and I don't see this nerf/update/whatever effecting much of what I do.


Glad to see Anet is still keeping an eyes on things, though... at least somewhat. Dervish update, anyone?

Monk flaggers hit, therefore people will likely go back to rit flaggers. Gaze of Fury and Signet of Binding were hit to stop people just being able to takeout the opposing flaggers spirit everytime he uses it. Which was part of the meta problem that lead to HB flaggers being used.

Recup revert i don't really know why but sure.

They're not herding it, it's just what people will go back to and they're pre-emptively hitting the problems that would otherwise have occurred with spirits for party heal support.
