As a Wa/Mo I've run this pretty easily without healing hands. Really all you need is Vigorous Spirit, Live Vicariously, Mending, Bonnetti's Defense and Cyclone Axe.
Cast Mending and wait until you have at least 15 energy. Then put up Live Vicariously. You should have 5 energy left. Now gather everything to ya and when you have them all there hit cyclone axe and bonnetti's defense immediately. This should bring your energy back up to full. When cyclone axe is recharged, throw up vigorous spirit and hit cyclone axe again. Re-cast Vigorous Spirit as needed and repeat until they're all dead. This way is pretty straight forward and needs no hard to find skills.
Personally I use Gladiator's Defense as well which makes the thing easier. Throw up Gladiators defense and immediately throw up vigorous spirit after that. Then spam Cyclone/Bonnetti's. The nice thing is that right as gladiators is recharged it'll be time to re-cast Vigorous Spirit. That still leaves 2 slots open (I have blessed signet in one since I dont like waiting for energy at the start). I dont find I need these slots though.
Stats:
Healing Prayers 9
Strength 8 + 1
Axe 12+1+3
Tactics 5+1
Droknars Armor with the appropriate runes for the stats, Major Vigor and Major Absobtion.
Collectors Axe with +15% while enchanted, shocking and +6 armor vs physical.
Tower Shield 16 def -2 Dmg received while enchanted.

It didnt seem nerfed to me. My first run I got 1 Gold, 2 Purple and a couple of blues. Second run still got 1 gold, 1 purple, 1 blue. Its not the best drops but along with the whites it gives an easy 1.5k per run without taking into account selling of the good items (I may be lucky but whenever I seem to get a gold or purple its almost always max damage).
