Between the free pet dragon and tshirt, this delay stings a bit less. Nice to see them step up and show some customer appreciation, though I am still bitter about the misleading 10 day grace period statement and getting shut out a few days ago.

Thanks for posting...I just checked my email and lo and behold I am shipped as well......................bad news UPS instead of usps (which delivers on saturday unlike ups).......so I probably wont be seeing this until tuesday at the earliest

I STRONGLY suspect we'll be receiving it at around noon tomorrow.
I recommend that everyone looking for it from them call at noon and ask to speak to the INVENTORY department. Ask them if they remember receiving any copies of the Collector's Edition of Factions.

finally got the tracking number to work on the ups site seems that it didnt even get to ups until 8pm....so it wont be going very far tomorrow (unless you live around georgia).....mine is coming via 3day, so as I predicted Tuesday it is.....bad thing, I go back to working doubletime on monday so now I wont even get to play it until the weekend mostlikely........so much for my vacation, waited for CE to come out, read the forums and watched my hubby play, yup typical vacation.(and no, I didnt pick this week, it was use it or lose it).

Well, I had it arranged through GameStop, but was apparently talking to an unimformed employee or was lied to...they'll not hold one for me until I get there.
And it looks like the BBs list it as on the way now, but they have no idea when...so I'll be calling every 30-60 minutes to check...

EB Games here in Kentucky said to call back aroudn 1400 EDT today to see if it had come in yet. They promised they would be able to fulfill my preorder of 4 CEs (my mate and I fully prepaid, brother-in-law only reserved for his two accounts).

I just checked my trakcing via UPS , I saw it was picked up last night and saw it was estimated for delivery on tuesday. Imagine my suprise when i saw this

I love UPS, I have packeages sent via fed ex, and watched the tracking and if it slated for tuesday they would hold it until tuesday, even if they could deliver sooner. UPS has always delivered sooner than later. I live in Alabama so i am close to the georgia shipping. But knowing my luck they will not make it today LOL. But there is hope

I just gave the EBgames at the Neshaminy Mall a call and they said that they won't get it in until June! I told them very friendly that that is the second batch of CE and the first batch is to come in today....
I am tempted to cancel my pre-order there and will hopefully be able to pick the 2 up at the BestBuy later when my fiance comes home...

I hear you on that one. I ordered from GameStop and you get the same run around. I realize that the delay is not there fault but at least let me upgrade my shipping option so get the game before the next chapter comes out.
I must have caught someone's ear when I complained to their customer service though since they send me an update email everyday. Nice touch, but pretty hollow gesture since they still haven't shipped my CE out when they list that they have it ready.

This is exactly why I avoided pre-ordering online, and pre-ordering directly from one of the (very few) stores that were said to have it wouldn't work as none of those stores exist in the city I live. Of course this (no pre-order) in turn led to my inability to secure a copy of the Collector's Edition. Oh well, I still get to play the game... they just don't get the money they could have gotten from me.

I hear ya! I had already decided that I wasn't going to my local EB because their workers are idiots there, but this whole issue of not informing me of CE delays, and still not having it and denying that CE even existed, and on and on and on... I'm done with them entirely.
