1. Great Northern Wall - After cutscene run back and kill all Charr, then explore the area where they were. At lvl 20 it's easy. BTW, don't worry about completing the mission.
2. North of Ice Caves exit (see screenshot)

I got some tips from DynamiteGoesBoom but most of those were tips for him I guess.. 
I did get a couple of small blobs, but not enough for getting to the next tenth.. (still at 99.4% :S)
Could someone else take a look at my "new" map as well? I'm very curious where that last bit of land is that needs to be uncovered...

If you're still below 100% after you have explored the areas circled I suggest you download a high resolution map from TC Fish's website and compare it to your "U" map in game to find the very small bits you might be missing. Unfortunately the very small bits do not show up easily on a full map comparison.

Hey guys. I'm at 96.8% and I'm stuck. I know that I need to do the Dunes of Despair bonus, but I'm having a problem with that area. Aside from that, where should I go next? I'd like a map comparison, please

Right, I've got to 99.8% using several of the suggestions on the Forum, however, the remaining 0.2% is beyond my ability to see, even with the flipping from My map to Full in paint program method. I just can't see what I missed.

TKonian - Make sure that you are running your game Full Screen and set to resolution 1024x768 or 1280x1024.
Press "M" to open your map, then hold down SHIFT and press Print Screen.

Just wanted to know if you can clean this area up anymore, and if you can PLZ explain how to get there. I've tried to get this area from the beginning and have run from every which way more times than I care to remember. Thanks in advance.

Here's my map again. I touched up a lot of the shiver peaks and a bit in the desert. I also finished out a bunch of the random splotches elsewhere. The problem is I can't really tell if I actually got all that I needed to. I revisit a lot of these areas and see no noticeable change on my map. Hopefully they did "pop" and I won't have to do them over again. Thanks in advance, 99.4% btw.

After walking around the map for a couple of days I finally got 100.0%!! Tnx!

Finally got it, and i just want to say I never would have gotten close without all of you here to help. I can't believe how many active people stick around to help with comparisons and general hints/tips/tricks. It's really great to see this, and makes me want to be a part of it. My lack of timeliness would b a problem with comparisons, so i believe I'm going to make a guide on all the tricks and glitches that I have found that can hopefully help other people get this most elusive title. I'll have to start on this soon, and will probably post in here for anyone to pm or just make an open thread for tricks only, and then have a discussion thread separate so they're all easy to find and look through. that's for another day, but i just wanted everyone here to know that they really do make a difference and their time and effort is much appreciated.

You're lucky I haven't deleted my 800x600 psd file.
In the future please use a resolution no less than 1024x768. Anything smaller makes it difficult to give you a fair comparison because alot of details are lost.

This thread has been great just to see the places that other people missed, but I have gotten to the point where I just don't know where to go for that last bit. Please don't tell me it is in Kessex Peak
I found that the largest places missed are in the missions, Rerunning them with heroes and henchies cleared large missed areas.

I have a few questions regarding my map. I have tried wall hugging borlis pass a few times now for the area around the shiverpeak mountains and it doesnt reveal any extra map, and the same goes for the spots in mineral springs.
