Since I don't see a question in your last post I'm going to reply to your statements.
At times the amount needed to be uncovered is minimal and if you aren't watching the map at the time you uncover the area you won't notice a difference. Just because you don't see it, doesn't mean it didn't happen.

My ranger was stuck at 99.8% for ages. It was driving me nuts. I scraped and re-scraped every area and I just couldn't find that last 0.2%. Then a guildie asked me if I'd scraped all the towns and outposts. Of course I have, I said. But I checked anyway and guess what I found? I did a circuit of the little island where the Ring of Fire outpost is located and I got my missing 0.2%!!

Does anyone have access to any fully-mapped U-maps of the separate areas of Tyria?
I'm just done wall-grinding my way around all of Ascalon... and I'm looking for a full-scale U-map (100%) of the region to compare. I figure I might as well deal with Tyria one section at a time rather than trying to map everything and then finding I have gaps scattered all over the place.

I am stuck at 95.3 at the moment.
I am still working on the Hell's Precipice(sp?) mission so I do know about that, but I wanted to see if anyone can let me know the other areas that I need to get 100% as I almost have most of the last mission mapped I know the last little bit isn't 4.7%
I've seen a lot of the maps that are out, but for some reason I can't get my maps as clear as those, I still get the cloud effect moving over the country side. If someone can let me know how to clean that up I will post a new map.

I am above 95% for the title, I am in full screen mode, and I can't resize as I have a widescreen monitor, I did try to get a shot at the right dimension, however it would only stretch out the display when I took a screen of the map.
Ok, after a while of playing around, I have it at 1280x1024.
In the original post it lists preferred sizes, incase you were interesed, here is what preferred means: http://www.m-w.com/dictionary/preferred
If those are what is expected, I would think that the wording would need to be changed.

... How do I get to that small, circular island south of Kryta and East of Sanctum Cay?
I've seen it fully explored on some 100% maps... but I never thought you could get to it until I saw that... I still don't know how one would get to that place.... Is there a way, or is it just one of those old arenas that got removed?

I have a 100% Tyrian map in 1280x1024.
I finished yesterday and bailed out right after 100% to help someone in guild.
I know it has a few spots missing.
Lornar's Pass is partly unexplored and not totally cleared in the upper side, I was working on that when I got 100% and decided to get out.
There is a spot on the east side of Sanctum Cay missing.
And a spot near the entrance of Sorrow's Furnace.
Also a small spot in ?? (forgot the name, it's the small area above Ice Caves of Sorrow).
There are probably some other spots, so if anyone can give me those I can clear them to make a full 100% map if there is need for one.
Additional:
If I get online tonight I will post a 1024x768 version of this map.

I have done a quick visual on your map (at work atm, can't do a compare and circle).
You missed a spot in the upper east part of Nolani.
You also missed a spot in the Borlis Pass north west area (I think where the first group of enemies comes from when you have to light the magical torches).
I also think you have missed a spot in Gates of Kryta.
It's west of the first boss you kill (taking the normal route).
Spot east of Ventari's Refuge (other side of the wall), could be clouds.
Riverside Province, kill the last tower (east side), walk down to the water (pier).
The west upper part of Thunderhead Keep (explore after mission).
Also a spot (westside) inside or just outside the outpost south-east of Droknar's.
A spot south of Amoon Oasys, keep hugging the wall on your right side all the way down to you reach a couple of large bones.
Spot inside building of the monk-boss Thirsty River (east side)
The way I did this:

Hey guys. Back again. This time I'm stuck at 99.2. I think I hit all the places that were circled in my last map check. But I also have a question- there was an area along the right coast of the ring of fire island containing hell's precipice and abbadon's mouth, a little spot that looks kind of orange.... how do I get to that? Is it part of hell's or abbadon's?

what do you think everything excluding the desert entirely, and abaddons mouth mission and outpost and hell's precipice mission and outpost
if this is confusing, i mean what is the max possible percent without ever getting to abaddons or the desert, but everything else
