how do u get to mineral alone wiht all the heretics and ice golems?

Demise is hella short, and half the mobs can be run by without even aggroing them.

either i suck at not aggroing or my spawns suck alot
i can never get there alone

Went there as a solo farmer using my W/Me build, and cleared out all but two Ice Imps(those damn Shadows overwhelmed me). Got nothing outta that run. =/ So instead, I went with a 5-man PuG as a healing monk and lo and behold, an IDS!

Exciting.

I feel your pain On my last run, I encountered a group of about 20 imps. Spent a good bit of time trying to clear the area to find, yep, nothing

I guess I'll try my 5th run soon, but I'm wearing out a bit Getting there just to have an unsuccessful run is a bit disheartening after the fourth time.

Well, I managed to make it there solo with a warrior of my own. Using:

Flurry
Evicerate
Exe Strike
"Watch Yourself!"
Dolyak Sig
Heal Sig
Sprint

Effectivly an axe version of the build Racthoh had. I ran past everything, fighting only Imps. If I go again, I think I'd like to try swaping out Zerker's and Flurry for Elemental Resistance, along with some other attack skill.

Got one sword, then lagged out... bah >_<

I've gotta to go sleep, eairly final tomorrow... I'll post a SS when I get back from finals.

I don't understand why so many people are doubting it's existence. EVERYONE has one.....NO it is not a collector item, yes it is a drop from an Ice Imp, and a VERY common one. I went out on a quick run to grab myself one and 5 dropped, and NO ONE sell for 1,000,000 Gp...STUPIDITY....its as common as a regular fiery dragon sword if not more.

Since ALL the IDS drops are blue(white) with perfect mod, this is a glitch and an update should correct/delete the mod if the devs care about the economy in this game; OR it`s meant to be a collector item once the Christmas update goes live.

there being found as fast runners to ascenion missions
also since there blue with perfect mods that makes me believe there xmas thing

Ironnically I got a Fiery dragon sword at the beginning of the 2nd run.

I'll keep going there till I get one its quite a fun journey thou ^_^.

They are a common drop in that one area, and they aren't any better than a craftable weapon or a collectors. After a short while people will relise that they are only worth a few 'K', as they can only have one upgrade due to the hilt already being used.

But will these IDSs drop after new year too?

it is now not as rare as a gold fiery dragon 15^50 - if anything, IDS made FDS more valuable in my mind

Whent on 4 succesfull runs, only 2 sword drops in 2 different runs, non for me

i'm just pondering here, but if they drop from Ice Imps, then is it possible to have them drop in different locations? like Grenth's Footprint, or the Ice Caves of Sorrow?
