i would take one of the condition runes in place of 10 health.... and yes...if your not using the spear its just for adren/interupts if daze ......
Skill slots are precious in this build...since their are so many combos (shock+awe....blazing sp.+glow sig) so I would prefer to just use...
well... with 8 heroes/henchis...you could set your skills as 8signets of capture and still easily play through the game... but seriously... this...

there is no shout that can be stripped.... i agree...this skill should be buffed/ or made a non elite ...with minor nerf
