How to change armor?

Er... I am playing NF, and I only get to play like once a week, so I am still middle of the story =O, how do I change my secondary class? =X

Is it possible to make this on NF? (Get Faction or Phro?)

If I kill a boss, can I kill it again? That's the problem, because I didn't get any greens from killing boss... if they don't apear.. doh
