I got a q8 max shield on a dead sword run. I'd say they drop in the lvl18-24 range of enemies.

I tried making one... but got bored at lvl7 lol.
People with weapons that match their armor well. Mopst seem to just go for the most expensive/glowy stuff they can afford x.x
