I think this is a bad idea. they need to invest in more servers before adding something that takes up that much bandwidth. the lagg is going to be...

Most Players agree that fast casting is almost useless in PvE. you simply dont need to avoid interruption.

I prefer factions. I think the pve was better and i couldnt live without alliance battles.
