I used to use it on my spirit bonder to stop trolls interrupting SoJ when i didnt have enough smiting to kill in 1 SoJ. (started at lvl 7)

1. your missing a rez 2. your just begging for interrupts 3. Earthbind + Mshower is a great idea.

ya, most groups that know what a crit barrager is will take them over a ranger.

of course. why wouldnt you be able to. crit barragers are like normal barragers, just better.
