Long and easy, the worst type of quest. How can people fail it is beyond me, 10s kd with sic recharge, 50% speed boost with 5s downtime and LOL...
That it wouldn't hurt to buff shadow steps in pve. Or revert splinter weapon. Pve is already dead anyway.
