you dont really need that build, a 55hp build can vanquish cursed lands with normal 55hp monk with an extra damage skill...

W/Rt is the easiest farm in UW that exists, you can almost do it with your eyes closed, but its profitable so its good

PvXwiki says you can farm them with a 130hp derv, not sure if they mean HM too tho...
