13% is ok, 12% is where u want to push a little... it gets more when u r talking about buffed situation. If it was an axe, I wouldn't have...

I say change the shield... expert salvage or buy new parts for the swords... go find a collector with 15% on the sword then upgrade it with hilt...

go free the first reaper and take no quest... head down stairs and then up another side to the river area. clean out everything there, go back to...

all armor apply them the same... however, there are some wand, focus, shield etc that have special attribute like +15 vs blunt damage and the sort.
