I am willing to bet chapter 2 going to have quite a few ways to punish exhaustion, we had already seen a few skill that punishes it with this...

Just to add, ultimately all PvE characters will be superior than PvP characters. (due to that PvP character has limited option in choosing equip)

Not exactly buffing... but... winnowing favorable wind weaken armor barb and the new weapon spells, soon to come.

It will miss. Use "way of the fox" then use dual attack, then you see two yellow line saying "miss miss". Yes, the skill lied....

Should put arcane echo in the list too.
