i never actually capped this skill when i was low-level but now i'm high level, i cant find ANY decent groups who can ACTUALLy cap it, it SUX...

now dont take me for a noob, because i've been using mystic regen for AGES but for a second there i took it that mystic regen was mysticism XD...

5 pips of health regen, i guess that's ok... but have you been in side torment these days? you'll be seeing lots and lots of conditions...
