Just like normally capping a elite skill, there quite easy to cap if you command your party well, kill the mobs aroudn the fort first.
Im not sure the heros would fully utilize there enegery and offering of blood well. But i haven't tested so its just a guess.
Yeh with average thumpers i found enegery mangement easy enought but my aderlaine took a while to build up ( for a thumper). All aderlaine skills...
