It's just a minor glitch that we all get when using texmod. I recommend minimizing and maximizing until it is gone, may take a few times....

Maybe it was an ANET admin/GM roleplaying to give some info about EoTN and the like. SOE did that stuff in EverQuest 2 once or twice.

IMO they way they seperated the two playing environments with the PvP skills was a totally half ass way to fix the problems. IMO it looks the same...

Degen caps out at -10, fire causes -7. You can stack degen BUT remember it won't go more then -10....
