Spell breaker can help for both Hydra and Flesh.

And obsidian flesh just untarget but spellbreaker will "break" which mean you lost energy and need cool down time for that spell.

The only problem for these armor is 45 Ectoplasm. Because it's very rare drop even in underworld. You may need to farm underworld for 2-4 week...

You can reach 20 easily if you just focus on 1000exp quest and Mission. Also, all Bonus quest in each Mission.
