I does seem to sound like a Euro Server problem. Just give em time to fix it. I know it sucks because we had that problem with the traders months...

I've not had any problems with GW's lag other then if I'm running Ventrillo at the same time and then if I'm playing GW's...

I'm not sure about Europe but alot of stores based in the US only ships within the US or at most from what I've seen to Canada or Mexico....
