Too many warriors now, and even an icy hilt and 20hp pommel will cost that much. It is a fair price.

Holy rod is the one hand monk weapon based on divine favor. Collectors got 2 kinds of 20% recharge or 20% cast speed, but that is not what I want....
There are probably two reasons one would prefer a staff than offhand+weapon combo. 1) There is no offhand for the build. like smite when you have...
There is only one collector flame artifact at energy 12, the one with 20/20 charge/cast. You have to compete with that for that equipment slot....
