As it is, it's worth probably 75k... I wouldn't change the mods unless you have them already... Whoever buys it may want to change them...
In my opinion it is worth more than 100k though... Not 500k, but with the 14% always even with a -1 it is worth 175k-200k... It is a storm bow...
You should be able to sell it... Might try RPGTraders....
