Very usefull indeed. Given the Party Search Panel is already implemented, ANet need only to develop it a bit further along the lines you discribed...

/signed It's time this gets implemented. With the recent addition of Skill Tomes, there's no reason to offer only Core Skills in the Guild...

This happened many time during the past two years. After some time, all would be restored, so there's nothing to fuss about really.
