honestly interrupting isn't all that hard...[skill]punishing shot[/skill] would be great in a spiking build just spam it like any other skill...

The enslavement stones look the same as the DOA gems in Red.

There is always [skill]rampage as one[/skill] for IAS...if you don't want that to take up the elite there is that sunspear one Never Rampage...
