Elemental damage is not armor ignoring. They will however deal more damage vs Warriors as they have +20 vs physical.

Vow of Strength isn't bad overall, but I'd rather use Lyssa/Melandru/Reapers/Wounding.
Reaper's Sweep, AoL, and AoM. I don't really like Wounding Strike much, there are better skills than an elite Dismember.
