Roleplaying characters - Start at level one, can do PvE. PvP characters - Start at level twenty, can't do PvE, get free equipment and skills....

/nostigned There's already a place where you fight unpredictable level 20s with good bars who act like players. It's called PvP.
It works for soloing Ghial (even with Mending). Otherwise, Blue's got it right.
