I think starter armours should still be available in design later on. Some of them look pretty decent, and while a bit plain, is likeable by some....

No idea, since I didn't bother looking up the differences. Those are the only two skills that I know do that, so I just listed them both.

Quick, Change it to Monk/Necro before Ensign has a field day with this! :P Soul Reaping in the minds of many I believe = sucks in PVP.
