This struck me as something odd.. theck the mod for it.

Usually the first time that happens, I sell the salvage kit and buy a fresh one... if i dont it seems like that salvage kit keeps doing that.

I notice that each skill shows its min-max variables.. And I was wondering that if you modify your skill level with a rune to a level above 12, if...

Couldnt that mean it has that effect on all your skills and the power of the effect is based on your soul reaping skills?
