I get the feeling that Nightfall rings your bell. Nothing wrong with starting there...no campaign suits PvE any better.

I'd say Nightfall is the easiest. Its boss locations are highly cap-friendly.

I liked wolves the best in 2007 and still do.

Is it easier to make money/build money? No - there is no easier place to make money than PvE. Is it more difficult than PvE or just different?...
