For HM purposes N/Rt healer is way better than standard monk (in my opinion) specialy if u chose to go H/H way.
Yep u are on the right track, guardian+protector = 7 titles plus u can do legendary skill hunter (4 titles) and legendary vanquisher (4 titles)...
