depends for pve or pvp. Generally in pvp warriors are axe or hammer but considering that you are a w/mo im guessin your leaning towards the pve...
not the best form of energy management for mesmers as stated above its use is very situational since it has to be used when your energy level is 0...

surely you must have encountered scar armour, unless you haven't been to LA...
just farm for the new green for a couple of hours and sell the greens for as much as you can before they plummet. After you cashed in on that go...

well u can can get 6-26 sephis axes in the Undead Hordes quest but i dunno if you can get max dmg ones.
