The solution to this is simple. Just increase Renewal recast to 60 seconds, or a duration that guarantees that you can't keep up such a mash...

Ether Renewal is being used by Elementalists... not monks... As for this topic... rant... the situation's been discussed numerous times before :|

One arrow of energy regeneration is about 1/3 energy in one second. It's not the same rate as hp regen.

They randomly drop from the chest generated by winning. Lottery pop with the good items that drop.

Nope, there is no minimap per-say for Fissure, UW, and the Dragon's lair. Fissure mini is the ring of fire, UW is the tomb of primeval kings.
