Dunno what ultimate is to you, but that Chimeric Prism is pretty all-encompassing as far as which classes can use it

The difference is with the armor resistance. Weapons with that type of damage still call enemy AL into the formula, while spells do not.

The possibilities with it are pretty interesting though... especially if you can nuke through doors.
