White and blue crystallines don't exist. It might be possible to get a purple crystalline with only prefix/suffix mods, but I don't think...

As far as the utility to elementalist main goes, I can see as a rough idea an elementalist spike team with good timing and Flame burst/area AOEs...

The staff skin was changed in the update that fixed /preorder. Both America and Europe have this staff now.
