depending on your type of warrior, you could also use offhand items to boost your nrg.

ascalon settlement. take the quest from devona right outside of LA and it'll bring you to where you need to go.

except the guild leader can promote a new leader, if he/she wanted to leave

well you can salvage them for crafting materials, but personally i'm keeping them for expansions.
