Sounds like a bug. Submit it to ncsoft. To do that, go to the official guild wars site and click on support. There's also a bug section here...

It depends on where in the game you are. In pre-sear, the only place to get it is from collectors. When you get to post, you can get it right away...

They are good in the way that the damage output is consistent and there's no req. Sounds good to me.

Since all armor is now inscribable (or what ever it's called), it's all a mater of taste. All your going to get here is what everyone else...

/signed Grinding for points = farming for points. I hate farming and I hate grinding. I was just saying last night, it's very discouraging...
