PVXwiki has great hero builds, but if you going to PUG, focus on your skills, and let others put their heros in. Kitting them can get expensive.
I usually get them, and claws killing afflicted on noob island, or in the wurms in the desolation. GL!
Id show them how bad it is for them to loot scale
If your budget allows, get as many of the additional titles as you can b/c alot of the really good builds have skills from all over the campaign....
GW is still a great game, lots of new people coming on every day. I would suggest getting the Platinum Edition with Prophesies and GW:EN(More game...
